The DRI Excel Bed Wetting Alarm is a simple, easy to use enuresis alarm. A small battery operated alarm is attached to the shirt or pajama top and worn by your child to bed. A Urosensor (urine detector) is placed inside your child's underwear in a mini pad or sandwiched between two pair of underwear. The sensor can also be placed inside a diaper worn by your child. The sensor is connected to the alarm unit on your child's shoulder by a small wire. When your child wets, the sensor detects the urine and the alarm emits a loud chirping noise to alert you and your child. Simply unplug the sensor to turn sound off.

The bedwetting alarm is attached to the child's top using the Velcro on the back of the alarm box. You may secure the alarm using a safety pin through the Velcro, or sewing one piece of the Velcro to the top.
